I'm a registered adult psychotherapist and equine-assisted learning and coaching practitioner. I work with a broad range of clients, but I specialise in working with people who have experienced significant developmental trauma and/or neglect, including people who have chronic depression, anxiety, suicidality, or a diagnosis of Borderline or other personality disorders. I offer talking therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, or a mixture of both, depending on clients' needs and interests.
