I am trained in the Conversational Model of psychotherapy, which is a simple, powerful, jargon-free approach that is used to help people with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, suicidality and self-harm, and chronic physical symptoms. It is particularly helpful for people who have experienced developmental or complex trauma, including people with chronic depression or a diagnosis of Borderline or other personality disorder.
You can find a downloadable brochure with more information about Conversational Model psychotherapy and what to expect in therapy here.
Individual psychotherapy sessions are available in person in central Christchurch and Rangiora, and by video-call, Monday to Friday.
1 hour session: $140 (incl GST)
WINZ Disability Allowance is available for clients who are on a benefit or a low income.
