Women of Power: the Way of the Horse January 2020

How we relate to our own and others’ power shapes every aspect of our lives. It shows up in how we feel about ourselves, how we care for ourselves and others, and how responsible we can be for our own lives and for the world we live in.

Horses can inspire and guide us as we move – individually and together – into our own authentic power. They model a flexible, graceful form of power that promotes the wellbeing of both individuals and the herd. Working with them can help us to find a balance between assertiveness and softness, setting a direction and being open to what comes, taking the initiative and being more responsive - all while staying relational with ourselves and those around us.

This workshop is a safe, encouraging space to explore and deepen into your own power, in the company of gentle and insightful horses.
